Tzeentch I feel gives the weakest campaign benefits early on through souls but has some powerful gifted unit options and has imo the best tech upgrade for Aspiring Champions which are surprisingly easy to amass even early game (barrier).Ĭan't go wrong anyway you go (barring those bugged Hellscourge units).
Khorne gives improved post battle loot while Slaanesh gives massive increased campaign movement. Nurgle gives early growth and a little later on replenishment in foreign territories (huge). Just avoid Hellscourge Chaos Warriors and Chosen as for some reason (most likely an oversight) they currently do 0 AP damage making them the worst units in the game at "punching up." The other Slaanesh units though work fine. Honestly they're all pretty great when used properly, the more important consideration is picking a smart path through the tech tree to maximize your use of souls for the best gains.
